English Defence League (EDL) supporters clash with Anti Fascists in Birmingham. Supporters of the EDL had intended to hold a racist anti Islam rally at the Birmingham Bullring. However their plans were halted by Unite against Fascism who occupied their meeting point. There were minor clashes between the two sides who were mostly kept apart by riot Police.
