The Peace for Children Africa (PCA) outreach for street children project 5-5-15. Pastor Maurice Lawrence leads an outreach team giving meals to street children and hoping to persuade them to spend the night in the safety of the PCA drop in centre. Many of the children were high on jet fuel which they inhale from plastic bottles. In the morning some of them will be less intoxicated and more open to arguments by the team to stopping their addiction.
